About the building

Old, renewed

In the 1980s, two old houses were moved to this site and combined into one building. The result keeps the look of old Northwest Portland, renewed for today.

Its commercial spaces range in size and use. Behind them are two well-designed, two-story, two-bedroom apartments facing NW Kearney. The building is a quintessential example of NW 23rd Avenue, and of Portland's commitment to historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
