Apply online
One application per adult, $35 each. Our approval standards are in the Applicant Guidelines below.
Screening
Background and credit checks usually come back in 24 to 48 hours. We also need a copy of your driver's license and your three most recent months of pay stubs, so sending them right away speeds things up. Reference checks with prior landlords and employers often take longest, since we depend on how quickly they reply.
Sign and move in
Sign your lease online, pay move-in funds, and set your move-in date.
