Beacon Rock is led by Max Brunke, a licensed Oregon property manager, and built on modern tools and software so the experience is better for tenants and owners alike. We invest in and operate buildings ourselves, so we manage yours the way we manage our own.
Behind it are decades of Portland experience. In the 1980s, Rick Michaelson and Jim Brunke co-founded Inner City Properties to serve closely held and portfolio owners and a few select clients. Beacon Rock, founded in 2023, carries that institutional knowledge forward.
